Yvette’s Story

I didn’t always call myself a stylist. But style has always spoken to me.

As a child, I dressed Barbies not for play, but for creativity. It was never about trends — it was about vibe, expression, and feeling.

In high school, fashion helped me survive. It gave me a voice before I had the courage to use mine. I studied apparel marketing and worked in denim, fashion marketing, and digital styling. I’ve produced shoots, styled real women, and explored different versions of myself.

Still, I doubted my place. Growing up, I didn’t see soft, intuitive, quiet Latinas like me in positions of creativity or leadership. I thought I had to be louder to be enough.

But styling kept finding me. Because it was never just about outfits it was about identity.

The women I worked with weren’t just unsure of their clothes. They were unsure of themselves, dressing for outdated versions of who they used to be or who the world wanted them to be.

So I created Styled-ish to hold space for the woman in transition the one rebuilding, evolving, or anyone looking for another set of eyes on their styling.

This brand is built on trust, intuition, and the quiet power of women ready to remember who they are.

If that’s you, I’ve got you.
