Styling Services – Terms of Service

By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. What’s Included

Your session or membership includes the styling service you selected—whether that’s The Signature 10, Brand Shoot Styling, or the Personal Styling Hub.

Each offer includes specific deliverables outlined in the service description or confirmation email. These may include closet reviews, outfit planning, try-on sessions, shopping recommendations, personalized lookbooks, digital guides, and/or access to exclusive member content.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless we’ve arranged a payment plan in advance.

Flexible payment options are available, including Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna (where supported). If you choose a payment plan:

  • Your first installment is due at booking

  • Final deliverables (like your digital style guide or lookbook) will only be delivered once your balance is paid in full

  • Missed or delayed payments may result in services being paused or canceled

3. Revisions & Boundaries

For services like The Signature 10 or Brand Shoot Styling, you’ll receive up to two rounds of minor revisions to your lookbook or style guide. These must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Minor revisions include look swaps, styling clarifications, or small outfit tweaks—not a full redesign. Additional changes beyond the two rounds may require an added fee.

4. Membership Terms – Personal Styling Hub

The Personal Styling Hub is a monthly membership that includes outfit refreshes, style prompts, and access to your digital vault based on your tier.

  • Your membership begins the day your payment is processed and renews every 30 days

  • You can cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal, which you'll receive access to when you subscribe

  • No refunds are issued once a payment is processed

  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months; your access continues through the end of your billing cycle

Stripe will automatically send reminder emails before your subscription renews, and you'll have the option to update or cancel your membership at any time through your customer portal.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so once with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice—or no-shows—will result in a forfeited deposit or session fee.

Because styling is a personalized service with built-in preparation and time, no refunds will be issued after services begin.

6. Client Responsibilities

To get the best results, you agree to:

  • Arrive or log in on time for scheduled sessions

  • Complete any prep work (questionnaires, mood boards, closet photos, etc.)

  • Be open, communicative, and ready to collaborate

This process is about partnership—not perfection.

7. Usage Rights

All materials created for you—digital lookbooks, outfit visuals, style guides, and shopping links—are intended for your personal use only. Please do not share, copy, resell, or repurpose them for commercial use unless you’ve received written permission.
